Daniel A. Evans, a graduate of the University of South Florida, has been a principal of his real estate firm for the past 28 years. He is an active member of the Real Estate Brokerage Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute and has been awarded the CRB designation, awarded in recognition of real estate brokerage management expertise. He is also past President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Melbourne Area Board of Realtors, where he continues to be active. In addition to the CID, Dan was named to serve on the Commercial Investment Roundtable, which is not affiliated with the Board of Realtors. Membership is by invitation only and is composed of the top real estate professionals in Brevard County.

Serving in a leadership position with the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, Dan realizes the important mission the EDC has. In addition to assisting with new business relocation, Dan chaired the Brevard Works PIC which led to the successful passage of the tax exemption program for Brevard County.

Hugh M. Evans, Sr. has for years been the negotiator for some of the most important real estate transactions in Central Florida. During Roger’s tenure with an international public development company as their Director of Development, he managed four offices and all development activities for the southeastern United States and the Caribbean. Peter J. Connelly, CCIM, has more than 20 years experience in the field of real estate. Patsy Ann Kurth has enjoyed a career in real estate, specializing in commercial investment properties, both before and after her service as a Florida State Senator from 1990 - 2000. During her tenure in the Florida Senate, Patsy chaired the Committee on International Trade, Economic Development and Tourism and the Budget Subcommittee on Health & Human Services. Patsy has received numerous recognitions and awards. The Association of Retarded Citizens of Brevard named Patsy legislator of the year for six consecutive years and in 1996, ARC of Florida honored her as Senator of the Year. Also in 1996, the Florida Nurses Association named her Florida Outstanding Legislator. Since retiring from the Senate she has continued to work on behalf of children and to improve the lives of the most vulnerable citizens by volunteering on several boards.

STEVEN C. SHULL

From leasing to connecting the right buyer to the right seller, Steven adds value to each situation.

DENNY BYRD

Denny served since 2002 on the Space Coast Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the REALTOR Institute Education Subcommittee in 2005. Currently the President of the Brevard County Real Estate Exchangers and Investors and he is also a member of Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS. Denny has earned the National Realtor Association designations of ABR, SRES and GRI. He has also been designated committee member of Faculty Development Subcommittee, Realtor Institute Subcommittee and the Professional Development Committee. Denny is also active in the local Moose, Masons (Canaveral Lodge 339) Azan Shrine and participates in the Yacht Club, Aviators Club and the Potentates Escort (a motorcycle corps). He is an FAA licensed pilot, a certified scuba diver, a certified sky diver and enjoys his pontoon boat, kayak, canoe or one of his two motorcycles. Denny believes his highest calling is in service to his clients.
